Enable 2FA for cPanel

  • Log in to cPanel
  • Go to Security -> Two-Factor Authentication
  • Click Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
  • Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
  • Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  • Click Configure Two-Factor Authentication

    • Enable 2FA for Client Portal

  • Log in to client.scyhost.com
  • Account Settings -> Security
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  • Scan QR code and confirm

    • Recommended Authenticator Apps

    • Google Authenticator (Android/iOS)
    • Authy (Android/iOS/Desktop) - supports cloud backup
    • 1Password - integrated password and 2FA manager

    Backup Codes

    Save your backup codes when setting up 2FA. Use these if you lose access to your authenticator.

    Lost Access?

    Contact ScyHost support with your account verification details to disable 2FA.
