Email Settings

IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com IMAP Port: 993 (SSL/TLS) SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Port: 465 (SSL/TLS) Username: your@yourdomain.com Password: your email password

Setup in Outlook

  • File -> Add Account -> enter email -> Connect
  • If auto-setup fails choose IMAP manually
  • Enter IMAP and SMTP settings above
  • Enter password -> Done

    • Setup in Thunderbird

  • Account Settings -> Add Mail Account
  • Enter name, email and password
  • Click Configure Manually if auto-detection fails
  • Enter settings above -> Done

    • Troubleshooting

    If port 465 is blocked try SMTP port 587 with STARTTLS. Make sure Authentication is set to Normal Password.
